The majority of conditions I treat are caused or worsened by anxiety or stress which manifests itself in a variety of ways, both emotional and psychological, and even physical.

There is a growing collection of research that is demonstrating how hypnotherapy is helping with some medical conditions, such as IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), asthma, chronic pain and recovery from surgery.
